[Watch] Nigerian MMA fighter Israel Adesanya retains his UFC middleweight title

Nigerian MMA contender, Israel Adesanya crushed Brazil’s Paulo Costa with a second-round TKO win to hold his UFC middleweight title in Abu Dhabi on Saturday night, September 26.

The middleweight undefeated victor, 31, battered Costa’s front leg with numerous kicks to calm the Brazilian warrior’s garbage talking in the first round of the headliner on Fight Island.

In the second round, Adesanya opened up Costa’s face with a high kick and afterward completed the challenger with punches. Costa, 29, staggered in reverse and couldn’t recoup as he was left bloodied and wounded on the canvas.
